Basic interval

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 8929)

This is for my beginners.
Remember to give safety cues and modifcations.

Block One

Left lead now

Block Two

Work back and chest with bands or weights...if doing push ups make sure head stays above the heart.

Block Three

Left lead now

Block Three

Work legs...squats, lunges, etc...

Block Four

Big on cardio here..put blocks One and Three together

Block Five

Work shoulders, laterals, up right rows, overhead press

Block Six

Left lead

Block Seven

Work triceps and bicep

Block Eight

Combine blocks one, three and six together

Cool Down


Stretch and relaxation!

I use bands and weights for the strength portions of this work out. It helps them get use to using all types of equipment and how it feels differently. Do not forget saftey cues in weight portions. Any questions email me.
