Bicep blaster

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 8946)

Hi again
In addition to spin class I teach a body force class, weight lifting in which we hit each body part for about 6-7 minutes. It is a very intense but satisfying class.

I work in 12 week blocks so that my class gets full benefit without boredom

Here is my Bicep set

add 1-2 1/2 pound plates and repeat

If you'd like entire routine (squats-shoulders-bi-tri-chest-back-lunges and calfs) let me know
