Motivating phrases for spinning

A few things to have your students think about, I really get tired of saying the same things over and over.. I am starting to teach pilates and have come up with some new stuff..Tune in with your body.....Know your limits, push hard but know your limits....Notice how you feel.....Don't let your mind limit your body....We are on a journey of body and mind......Don't let go, It took you while to get here, Don't let go......Use your spirit, your confidence your passion, not just your legs, they are a piece of the puzzle I want you to see the whole puzzle.......Breath in nose out mouth make shhh sound then but a "it" on the end........Smile often......Forget troubles let it happen......Believe trust yourself.....you're in the driver seat you're in control I am just in the back seat I trust you take control.......Are you comfortable? Your not here to be comfortable, comfortable is later on the couch watching TV you are here to work.....Pull from abs if your legs are tired you are focusing on the wrong muscles connected all......Inhale-life,energy Exhale-tension,worries.......It's time to outrun your ass.......If you rest you rust......Enjoy the freedom of movement you are doing be glad you are doing it and are able.......See your goal and work to achieve it, anything is possible.....Hope these help instructors out there.
