Kick Some Butt!!

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 8953)

Hi all! This is my first kickboxing contribution to Turnstep. Hope you enjoy! Counts are in parentheses...

Pattern 1:

After 32 counts, change cross to hook for 32, then hook to uppercut for 32...

Pattern 2:

Repeat all left lead
