Slide N Jab

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 8954)

This is simple just to throw in anywhere in your work out.

Slide right (drag you left leg to work the inner thigh) and alternate 3 jabs right, left, right at the end of the slide.

Then slide left (this time drag your right leg) AND jabs go LEFT,RIGHT, LEFT on the end and repeat as many as you like.
