The French Connection Kickboxe # 2

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 8969)

Fighting stance, right foot forward and left foot backward. It goes like this:

Repeat 2X for a total of 32 counts

Repeat 4X for a total of 32 counts

Repeat 4X for a total of 32 counts

Repeat 4X for a total of 32 counts

Repeat 4X for a total of 32 counts

Repeat 4X for a total of 32 counts

Repeat 4X for a total of 32 counts

Here I do jump rope and repeat facing right, left lead.

Slip***is:

It is like doing an abdominal contraction while bringing for exemple, if it is done on right lead, the right elbow and right ribs toward right hip bone. Each slip is 2 counts

4X or 2X means 4 times or 2 times.
