This is a Step pattern from (pattern 8971)

This routine is done with step vertical....

Start on right side of bench in back corner.

Combo 1:

(Repeat left side)

Combo 2:

(repeat other way)

Combo 3:

Combo 4:

Back to top of routine......

*3 knees go like this....

*Free style is when they have the option to do knee lifts, side leg lifts, ham curls, or kicks. I let them decide what they want to concentrate on.....they could even do three different ones (one of each).
