Repeat, self-reversing
*On the last over the top I change to a straddle down left-right ,step-up wide left-right, straddle down left-right, hop turn behind with left on the bench to "front". You are now ready to start from the top of the combo on the alternating side
Repeat starting with V-step left 2x
* Knee lift changed to hop-turn over, hop-turn back. If class is following well, hop-turn 1 over with alternating ham curls, hop-turn back.
Repeat
I start with just an diagonal across and a march around for 4, then I add a simple hop turn, then the straddle to reverse. I do an over the top vertically with a rock step a few times and end on the opposite side ready to repeat
