Killer Biceps

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 8993)

This is a killer bicep sequence!! It also works the shoulders.

There are no breaks in this sequence. It flows from one move to the next and back to the starting position. I like to do one set with 16 counts, rest, and do another set with 8 counts. I use 10 pound wights, most participants use 6.
