No. 1 - funny one
- Alternating heels (bicep curls) (8)
- March around the step (8)
- March on top (4), march on floor (4)
- Search for a new step (8)
on new step:
2x March out-in (elbows 90 degrees, rotate arms
outwards) (8)
Zigzag curls (2 on step, 2 on floor) (8)
Repeat both (16)
Repeat from the top.
No.2 - easy starter
- March on top - inhale (4)
- March down - exhale (4)
- Repeat above 2 more times (16)
- 3-Tip-repeater (8)
Repeat on left lead.
No. 3 - travelling around
- March 1, 2, 3 - tap on top on count 4, repeat 3
more times (16)
- Step touch (16)
- March to EAST-end of step (4), tap right on floor (2)
and left on step (2)
- March around to WEST-end of step (you are facing the back
wall) (4), tap right on floor (2), left on step (2)
- Repeat 2 more times travelling around the step (16)
- Search for a new step (16)
- March on top (4), march on floor (4), repeat once
more (8)
