*Inner thigh kicks may also be known as soccer kicks.

**Up, up, lunge - Come up on step with lead foot first, then other foot. You will be standing on top of your step. Then double lunge with the same foot. When you come off of your step you will do a basic and tap up, then lead with the other foot from the beginning of that combo.
