Advanced kickin' double step

* The two kicks can be changed to "kick, speed shuffle, kick"

**TaeBo Repeater 8 count:
just angle the knee out and add the elbow to knee movement you do in the taebo abs segment

***7UP 8 count:
from straddle position, march and count it up
1 2 3 4 5 6 7 UP
on the Up, hop both feet to top of bench
from here immediantly lunge outside, inside
TIP for your students: the outside leg always lunges first

*L-step duck and weave:

**Kick indecision:

***Kick lunge kick repeater:

****Jump rope:
run/hop it on top (walk it down) with arms at side like you are jumping rope

Combinations 1 and 3 will take you back to right lead within 32 counts, all others will take you back to right lead by leading 32 count pattern from right side, left lead.
