Slow down and feel the burn

This is an Abs pattern from (pattern 9212)

Start on your back, hands under the glutes, legs extended straight into the air, toes pointed. Each move should take AT LEAST 8 seconds to complete.

* The slower the better!!!

Need something a little harder? Add ankle weights or place a 3-5 pound dumbbell between your feet but be sure to squeeze the dumbbell!! You don't want it to fall in mid workout, trust me!!! Any questions? Feel free to E me!!
