Sculpted shoulders for sleeveless tops!?

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 9218)

This is a real blitz on the deltoids using dumbbells. Depending on poundage and fitness level, do 2 sets of 8 reps of each exercise followed by a final set of 4. Whatever you choose, it kills, as the weights are elevated most of the time.

* Reverse chest press: arms outstretched thumbs touching, opening arms, bring them in toward chest focus on squeezing shoulder blades together and return.

** Care re hyperextension of the elbow joint, keep them "soft".

*** Elbows should be at side of head and vertical, just flex and extend forearms down and up on the move.

**** Don't know if this has a specific name; it's like a reverse shoulder press I suppose. Email me if it's called something! Make sure arms stay slightly bent at the elbow and only lower to shoulder height.
