SLIP & PUNCH

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 9220)

This is a 32 count combination that self-reverses. It is a great cardio pattern if you get low on the slips. It begins with a right lead.

Coming out of the last duck, you are now ready to slip with jabs to the left.

This takes a fair amount of time to teach if you break it down well.
