Vertical Cool down

This is a Warmup pattern from (pattern 9234)

I use this pattern to finish up my vertical step class. It is simple but it slowly gets you off the back of the step and onto the floor.

To begin you are facing forward, with the bench to your right.

(repeat other side)

I do this 4 to 5 times of so, then change to:

If you do the second part for 32 counts it leaves you on the floor behind the bench ready to stay with the grapevines for another 32 counts. After that it's a side to side tap, from there its all the arm swings, reaching to the side, and stuff and then in to streaching.
