Great beginner combos

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 9242)

I use these combos when working with a very beginner class. When using them, it's helpful to be very repetetive, emphasizing proper form.

The Easy 16 Count

Punching sequence (guaranteed to work the shoulder/arm!)

Repeat sequence left side after jacking or some basic kicks to rest arms

Please feel free to ask any questions, I can explain in more detail. I absolutley love punching sequences and use them in the last fifteen minutes before cool down, it really gets the sweat dripping and gives my class a "tough" feeling.

P.S. It helps if you have your class yell the combos (in punching sequence) for motivation and to help them learn the moves i.e. "hook, strike, jab, cross!"
