This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 9245)

Right lead

Repeat left

I've been teaching aerobics for 4 years now, and I love it! Start by teaching these 2 combos facing front, that way it's less confusing. When you see that your class is comfortable with it, then you can add direction changes. It's fun and a little more mentally challenging!!! I hope you enjoy!

* repeater knees moving forward is simply your basic repeaters with a little propulsion added.
