Totally hot legs!!!

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 9251)

When I began this leg pattern everyone would groan.. now they like it because you really feel it the next day and it really tones those legs all over

I start with 4 counts on each move then drop it down to 2 on each then to singles without a break, forward -sides- back -then center and build it back up from the singles with 2 counts on each then back up to 4 counts on each move. It takes about 5 minutes to complete the set. The weights are held down at the sides to give added resistance and challenge the move. I like to use Madonna's "hurry up" for this because it has just the right beat to get you going.
