Front of step lunges

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 9258)

Hi! I don't check out the body sculpt patterns like I do the step patterns so I 'm not sure if this move has been submitted or not! My class likes it even though they moan and groan through it!

(I usually do this as an interval in a step class.) Move to the front of the step, facing the front of the room, put one toe on the step behind you. You must be far enough away from the step that when you lunge/squat down, your knee is above your heel and not beyond your toe! Then start different sets of lunges; (8 slow, 16 fast,pulse 3 and lift, etc.) Then change legs. We sometimes add a bicep curl using weights! Have fun !!!

P.S. As an interval workout class, the next interval may be lunges off the top of the step. And the next, lunges on the step, starting on the floor behind the step. etc.
