Upper body goes up. Lower body goes up.

This is an Abs pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 9274)

Basic crunch position.

Closing the crunch = bring both knees in toward the chest at the same time do a basic crunch.

DO NOT FORGET THE LOWER BACK. When I do this pattern it takes me 5 minutes or less. When I do abs my music is 128 BPM but I know yours is slower therefore yours might take 7 minutes. I do not like to push the abs but if you want to sub the iso, go right ahead.
