Two TKO's

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 9281)

Total Knock out #1:

Do the front kick to the side wall, and the side kick to the back wall. I break it down as:
Alternating front jabs (8)
Front kicks to the side wall (8)
Side kicks to the back wall (8)
Alternating front and side kicks (8)

Total Knock Out #2

This one is a mental workout as well as a physical one! I break it down as:

Single, single, doubles
Side kick, knee block
Punch combo
Kicks with punch combo before adding it all together.

It is a long one, but try taking it fast for a real challenge!

My class gets a total feeling of accomplishment from #2 especially. I tell them I'd hate to meet them in a dark alley with those moves :).
