Doris Cardio Ball #1

This is a Ball pattern from (pattern 9285)

Here is my first Cardio Ball pattern as I promised few weeks ago.

Neutral position of the arms is: Hold the ball in front of chest (you have to see what is happening in front of you) with elbows flexed and ball resting on chest. This is from where all the arms (ball) movements start. If you hold it with arms extended, after few minutes, you will find it quite heavy. Don't forget that this ball is about 2.2 pounds.

The size of the ball for Cardio Ball is the same as usual, except for movements where you are sitting on the ball. I will explane that later when I post some patterns where you have to sit on the ball.

Introduce the feet work first and then add the arms (ball) movements.

Speed of music: 128-130 bpm first, after few sessions, you can progress to 135 bpm and up. The warm up should stay at 128 bpm.

You can also move forward and backward with the jogging or march.
