High intensity kickbox combo

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 9287)

Hi! Here's a little something to spice up your BoxAerobics class. We always need new ideas!

8 counts combo!!!!

Start in a boxer's stance, right foot front...

**instead of doing 2 knees at the end, you could do a knee and a front kick.

***I always start by doing the combo in 16 counts (easier for members)
