Burnin' Buttz & Thighz

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 9290)

Lay on back. Knees bent, feet about 12 inches from behind. Squeeze tummy tight & hold. Squeeze knees together and slightly lift pelvis off floor (only enough that you can slide your hand freely under buns.). Pelvic tilt. Be sure not to lift to high. Middle & upper back should remain on floor. Only lift as high as your butt squeeze allows you to. Keep the knees squeezed tight tigether. A small ball really helps with this. Do as many as you like.
