Terrific Tri'z

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 9291)

Need; a set of weights, bench, mat, or floor.

Lie on back, knees bent, feet flat on floor. Squeeze abs tight and keep back pressed down.

Elbows are directly above shoulders (as if your doing flys). Keep elbows squeezed in & above shoulders. Bend at elbows and bring weights down beside your head. Slowly lift back up. Be sure to look up at ceiling so you don't knock yourself in the forehead! Form is everything in this exercise! When done correctly, this will begin to burn after about 15 of these bad boys!
