Fresh and Fun!

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 9301)

For lower body, start with the right knee strikes, as many as you want, and then break it down, 3 right knees and a left side kick.

Repeat!!!!!!!!!alot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Here it is:
3 right knees
1 left side kick
repeat and then to change sides, do a ton of left knee strikes

For upper body,
do a ton of left and right jabs and then go double
add left and right uppercuts
add left and right hooks
add left and right uppercuts

Then break it down from 8 on each to 4 on each to 2 on each and the alternate. The repetition really tires them out. Then you can shuffle and speed bag each arm to get their cardio up. I havve lots more so stay tuned and email me with questions and feedback!
