Intense jab-hook combo

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 9303)

Right shoulder forward (working right arm)

I then break it down to 4 jabs, 4 hooks, 4 corner to corner, 4 double corner to corner

Next comes 2 jabs, 2 hooks, 4 corner to corner, 4 double corner to corner and 4 jacks

You can turn with the jacks so that the pattern repeats to all corners of the room.

I then will throw in a combo that works uppercuts (facing front] (i.e. bob and weave 4 right -- add uppercuts right then left (x4) double uppercuts right/left (x4), then flurries -- repeat going left).

Do the whole combo with left shoulder forward working left arm

This is an easy combo that really gets the heartrate up. My class seems to really like it (and boy, do they sweat!!)
