Clock Squat

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 9304)

Have class do standard forward lunge, starting with the right leg only. (Bringing feet together each time) At least 16 times. Immediately, have class side squat to right. Again 16 times. Now here is where the clock comes in: Have class lunge to the 1:30 position. Do this about 8 times.

Cue class you will call all positions according to time.
12:00 forward lunge
1:30 middle lunge
3:00 side squat.

Start with 4 each way (3 time) then 2 each way. Then all the way to singles. Then shake it out and of course do the left leg. Remember to cue them about their knees not passing their toes, and balance is key!

Weights work great when they are done slow enough. 115 BPM or less. Hope some one can use this.
