Box is horizontal, lead on right all the way through, then repeat on left lead.
**Z-step: step to right corner, tap left foot, step across to left corner, tap right foot, step down to right end of box, tap left foot, step acroos behind box to left, tap right foot. You can change up the taps to hamstring curls to increase intensity.
**The squats are alternating, one to right side then one to left side.
