Box your way across the gym

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 9310)

Hi this is a very, very simple pattern that I found the class can pick up really easy.

Start with boxer stance - Right foot forward left foot back - both toes pointed forward.

Everything is in counts of 4 and add up to a 32 count.

You can keep the arms up to protect the face. To add intensity you can add the arms with the knee - pulling down (I say "Grab the board and break it over you knee")

You are on the other side, left foot forward right foot back and ready to do the pattern on the other side.

I do this move 4 times each side moving up to the middle of the gym and then change to a boxer skip moving back to your place.
