*1 Double Dip: Also called split basic. Up, up, lunge 2.

**Pendulum: Up, up, swing legs out to the side on top of the bench (right, left, right, left, exit) Now you are on your left lead

***Skate: Three ham curls on top of the bench (wide stance) exit.

****V-slide: As you exit, clear the bench. On the right lead, exit to the left side of the bench.
