In your face

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 9316)

This is a class for all levels, but the way I teach it, it is for HARD CORES!!!! (always give modifications for bad backs and bad knees... even for bad shoulders!!)

Repeat on left side... when you finish your last kick (left) you will be prepared and set for a left lead
