Against the Flow 2

This is an Aquatic pattern from (pattern 9320)

Get your students jogging around the pool shallow end to create a current. Turn them around into the current and reverse direction to work harder. Then progress them into a power move like tuck jumps, still going around the pool, jog out release then turn around again into the current into your next power move. How many times they go round depends on how fit they are and you can just keep going with this pattern as long as you can think up power moves. Hard work and a no-brainer.....yessssss!
