Run & Jump (Sonia's Hi/Lo #1)

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 9333)

Right lead directions. Intensity you can add is in parenthesis. Email any comments or questions. Notes/choreography below.

Combo 1

Repeat with a left lead or go to combo 2.

Combo 2

Repeat with a left lead or go to combo 3.

Combo 3

Repeat with a left lead or go to combo 4.

Combo 4

Repeat with a left lead or go to combo 5.

Combo 5

Repeat with a left lead, or go to combo 1.

Notes & Choreography:

When I say "take it around the world" that is turning to face all four walls. In this routine you turn in the lead direction until you face front again.

Turning mambo cha cha chas: (1,2,3,4) right lead 1/2 mambo and turn right on the cha cha chas - you are now facing the back, (5,6,7,8), left lead 1/2 mambo and turn left on the cha cha chas back to face the front.

Power squats: (1,2) jump out to a squat, (3,4) jump back in.

L-step grapevines: (1,2) grapevine right, (3,4) turn forward and tap as in any grapevine. The second grapevine is left in the usual way.

In Combo 4 if you do the grapevines in an L shape you will want to step touch moving back into home postion.
