This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 9334)



You can add weights: at first on the legs - rubber (ankles)- and than on the arms. I exercise it without weights 3x by aerobic music (136-144 BPM), with weights by slower tempo (128-132 BPM)- 3x with rubber and 3x with rubber and weights.
