Kickin Combo

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 9356)

Hello All!
In the past I've always contributed Hi/Lo combinations but since I started teaching Box classes, I thought I would throw something else into the mix. Hope someone out there can use this, it's one of my personal favs!

Begin in boxer's stance (left leg in front, back leg turned out slightly)

Pacing for this combo goes a little something like this: jab, jab, cross, cross, elbow (hold), upper (hold), knee (hold), kick (hold), roundhouse (hold). When done at the normal pace, it should come out to 32 counts. I like to do it slow at first and then do it double time. Remember to do it on both sides.
