Tight Assets :-)

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 9360)

Have participants put a mat and then towel down on a step with 3 risers per side. Tell them to stand at the end, facing into step. Now cue them to bring their torsos, hip bones UP on the step, hip flexors DOWN are off the end. Obviously face down, hold onto the step and first riser. Instruct them to bring the feet together, knees apart, toes pointed. Have them start with the knees on floor, cue them to do 16 singles. They should raise the knees up step level and lower them just a couple inches ABOVE the floor. After singles have them do the following: 3 up, 1 down 4X, 1/3 4X, 2/2 4X, 4 up, press twice at the top and down for 2 counts. THEN have them do 3 quickies at the top, release down on four. NOW, have them do 4 singles to release some of the lactic acid, take them back up to the top and cue them to bring their KNEES TOGETHER, KNEES APART. Tell them to SQUEEZE IN for 16 reps. Tell them to take their knees to the floor, sit back on one glute, oppsite arm extended on step to stretch and then repeat on other glute. THEY'LL LOVE 'YA!!!!
