Super Straddle Interval

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 9374)

An interval that I put after the routine but before taking it from the top. The constant straddle keeps this even on both sides.

Continue the pattern.....

Continue the pattern changing the type of repeater:
Inner, outer, glute, add propulsion to knees, etc.

Great interval to give the class a break on thinking and let them concentrate on the muscle work, encourage them to get low on the squats and lunges.
