This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 9392)

Start with a step bench vertically in front of you. Risers are optional, but more height definitely adds more resistance.

Stop and switch feet

Step foot off and stretch appropriately. This is easider than it sounds, but the legs should feel wobbly or I have no business submitting this. Seriously, my muscle conditioning people love it and feel it walking up stairs the next day.
