This is an Aquatic pattern from (pattern 9395)

One to do with woggles

Get the class to hold the woggle around their waist.

WITHOUT feet on the floor, get the class to run forward. (Cue legs pedaling around like on a bike) Then get them to kick back for a break.

Once they get the idea of keeping the feet off the floor, it's great for lower body.

Remember lots of cues to stay upright and to keep the abs tight.

If you feel really evil get them to run the whole length of your pool - mine is 25 meters! My ladies love this now they've got hang of it!

Any other woggle ideas are always appriciated.
