Loaded Glutes & Hamstrings

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 9396)

Equipment needed a mat & lightweights (5 pounds)
Basic hamstring kick back with a little zest.

Remember to cue them to keep their glutes level and not allow the working side to be higher than the other. Use the theory =squeeze glute then lift leg. Concentration on form rather than on how "high" they can lift their leg. My classes really liked the added weight and feel it the next day.
