OOOOH MAN!

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 9399)

This is my first submission on top of that I am a finger typer so be nice.

Start fighting stance right foot left back.

Right knee strike 2xs side kick repeater 3cts =8 counts (I cue knee up knee up 123) then hold a march/boxer shuffle
Repeat.

Now you are going to travel with this move. When you are doing your kicks, your left foot hops 3xs in place. You can stay with that but if you are ready hop 3xs moving right, 2 squats left takes you back. (Repeat) We are adding on.

Boxer shuffle with speed bag arms 3 counts right, left, right

The moment you have all been waiting for....... It's time to Breakm' off sum
