Sonia's Cross Phrasing Warmup

This is a Warmup pattern from (pattern 10413)

Start off the southwest/left corner of the horizontal step with a right lead. Leave enough space between you and the step so that you can move around three sides of the step in a U shape. Use whichever combos fit your classes needs and time frame! Email questions.

Combo 1

Begin on the floor moving forward with the narrow end of the step to your right side.

The grapevines move you along the back/south side of the step and finish at the southeast corner.

Repeat the 128 counts with a left lead.

Combo 2

Repeat the 64 counts with a left lead.

Combo 3

Repeat the 32 counts with a left lead.

Combo 4 (Dynamic stretches)

Repeat with a left lead.
If you have time, repeat again right and left.

Combo 5

Do not repeat. This puts you onto the step with a right lead to begin your cardio portion. If you want more dynamic stretching you could add this on the step:

Repeat with a left lead.
