Linda's Step Straddlin' Special

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 10423)

Bench is horizontal. All combinations are 32 counts and self-reversing. Explanations will follow at the end, but please feel free to email me with other questions/comments.

Combo #1:

Repeat left lead

Combo #2:

Repeat left lead

Combo #3:

Repeat left lead

Combo #4:

Repeat left lead

Combo #5:

Repeat left lead

EXPLANATIONS:

*L-step straddle: This seems to work best using all knees. You'll step right, lift left knee, lift right knee as you turn to straddle bench, then lift left knee again as you straddle the bench.

**Stomp & straddle: Some of you may call this stomp & mambo or curb walk (hi Sonia & Carole P.!). Stomp the bench with the right foot, stomp the floor on the front side of the bench with the right foot, stomp the bench with the right foot, then stomp backwards on the floor behind the bench.

***Repeater combo: Knee lift/side leg/hamstring curl put together in a repeater.
