Wow them!

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 10424)

*Turnstep, but leave 'exit' leg on the bench, squat, bring both feet on the bench, clap 2 Xs (to keep the beat) then straddle down.

**Turn your body 180 degrees as you basic. Straddle bench.

***Put lead foot on bench. "push" into it 2xs. Lead into turnstep

****Lead foot on bench. Like going into a knee lift, but lift body weight up and 'spin' around so that you're facing opposite direction and on other side of bench.

We really have fun with this!! Really gets them moving!
