Jace #1

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 10429)

I like to do this in my Bodysculpting Class, because it is somewhat different from the "usual" moves.

Put the left leg behind you in a lunge position, foot on toes, knees in 90 degree angle (standing leg and also back leg are 90 degree angled and the stabding leg is "frozen", don't shift the knee forward while moving). Now lunge deep with the back leg, up again and do a kick forward with the same leg. the cueing would be: deep, up, kick, back. After the kick put the leg back in lunge position and start again. I usually do 16 or more and then switch legs. You can also do another exhausting move between switching legs, like several sets squats or wide squats in different speeds (two down, two up, 3 down, 1 up...).

Maybe this is something new to some of you!

Thank you for all the submissions on this wonderful site! I have a fulltime job and teach at nights, 9 classes a week, and sometimes really don't have the time to find good patterns, so this site is a life saver for me!!!
