Repeat left

Combo #2

Repeat from this side of bench, left lead, corner knees start left lead, right corner.

Combo #3

Repeat from L-step left lead

Combo #4

Repeat left from slow up.

Combo #5

Repeat left.

Split knee on Combo #4 can be taught first as knee straddle, up and off. Split knee I got from someone else on turnstep and I'll explain best I can. Facing left wall, right foot on bench, left knee, left foot down, right immediately lunges down, left lunge, left knee and then down. I call, knee, lunge, lunge, lunge, knee, off. The lunges are at a double time pace. Knee, lunge, switch, switch, knee, off. I hope this helps.

We have been doing this routine to faster music an they love the challenge.
