Noddles & Boards

This is an Aquatic pattern from (pattern 10432)

Can anyone help with ideas using noodles and kickboards? Something different from the usual push and pull and kicking. I'll trade you for some of mine..

Noodle Tether Run.. Partner up with one noodle. Face the same direction with the noodle around the waist of the 1st person. The 2nd person behind, holds the ends of the noodle. Person 1 runs forward as hard as they can, while person 2 tries to hold them back. Great fun. Great workout!

Noodle Tunnel.. In teams of 5+ lined up behind each other, pass the noodle (long ways) under the legs until the end. Last person runs to the front and 'posts' it again, until everyone has had a turn. Great team race. They get a 'thrill' (especially my oldies)

Power Knee Drive.. Partner up with one board. Face each other. Person 1 holds the board long ways at about chest height. (or any height) Person 2 must bring their knees up fast, one, two, to hit the boards underside. There is a second when both feet will be off the bottom. Make them do it for a minute before swapping over and they will be begging for the change over.
