Short, Sweet, & Sweaty

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 10445)

Repeat travelling back.

The end!!! Once the class has learned the whole routine, I usually have them to it three times through. We can usually get to this point in 20 minutes or so, which makes this routine perfect for a quickie cardio workout in combo classes.
